How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are located. Items are shipped within 24-48 hours depending on the time/day of the order.  Orders processed here will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please contact us if you have any specific requests. 

 

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Usually, we use standard USPS unless otherwise requested. 

 

 

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to Canada and US only. However, please contact us and we can see if we can work something out. 

 

 

Can I return or exchange my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if something isn't working out, we offer an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase as long as the item is in new condition, not worn, and tags are attached. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process. (hello@surfandsand.co)

All Sale items are final (sale includes anything put on sale by Surf + Sand and/or if a promo code was used). No price adjustments on sale items ever.

Please note: 
We do not accept returns on hats, sunglasses, or jewelry.  We do not accept returns on beauty, skincare, or wellness products due to health safety regulations. 

Custom Orders are final sale, no exceptions. 

Gift cards are nonrefundable. 

 


What are your promo code and sale item policies?

Promo codes that are provided are to be used as noted per each promo code. 
Promo codes will not apply to all items in the store as some products aren't valued with promo codes (for example:  Fine Jewelry, Left On Friday). 

All Sale items are final (sale includes anything put on sale by Surf + Sand and/or if a promo code was used). 


We do not allow for price adjustments on full sale items.
